Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award

Starting in 2015/16, SEK-El Castillo offers their students the chance to take part in the prestigious Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award (DofE).

An all-round personal development scheme focussing on the development and training of abilities such as:

• Decision-making
• Team work

Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award:

• Begun in 1956, established in 180 countries
• Over a million students have strengthened their talents thanks to it
• The Duke of Edinburgh’s award is highly prestigious at an international level: young people who have taken part in it are valued more highly by the most renowned universities in the world and by large multinational companies.
