SEKMUN 19

SEK International Schools organise and host their own United Nations Model, SEKMUN, and also take part in other MUNs nationally and internationally.

This is an educational-cultural project authorised by the UNO, which is a simulation of the General Assembly and other multilateral agencies.

1.- ASAMBLEA GENERAL: Primera Comisión: Desarme y Seguridad Internacional

• Desarme y Control de Armas: Iniciativas para promover el desarme y el control de armas a nivel global. 

• Impacto del Tráfico de Armas en los Conflictos: Evaluar cómo el tráfico de armas alimenta los conflictos y buscar soluciones para reducir su impacto. 

2.- ASAMBLEA GENERAL: Segunda Comisión: Asuntos económicos y Financieros

• Corrupción y Transparencia: Medidas para aumentar la transparencia y reducir la corrupción en las instituciones públicas y privadas. 
• Cooperación Internacional en Materia Financiera: Fortalecer la cooperación entre países para rastrear y detener los flujos de dinero ilegal.

3.- ASAMBLEA GENERAL: Tercera Comisión: Asuntos Sociales, Humanitarios y Culturales 

• Protección de los derechos de las víctimas de violencia y abuso. 
• Fortalecimiento de los sistemas judiciales para garantizar el acceso a la justicia.

• Solución política al conflicto de Yemen. 
•  Implementación de los acuerdos respecto a la situación del Sahara Occidental.
