On December 20th, the students of 2ndESO / MYP3 received an introductory session to the practice of meditation. This is an increasingly popular tool to manage the incessant flow of thoughts and emotions, regaining control of our attention to focus on one thing, and doing so from a place of peace and balance. In times of over-stimulation and uncertainty, these skills are essential on a personal level, and increasingly in demand on a professional level.
