End-of-year dinner of the Residence

Last Tuesday 23rd May, we celebrated the imminent arrival of the end of the school year with an exceptional gathering that allowed us to share with our community not only a pleasant moment but also some Residence experiences. We usually bring this dinner forward so that our students can relax and enjoy a special evening before facing their end-of-year obligations.

For this event, all the resident students of SEK-El Castillo and their colleagues from Real Madrid, residents of Valdebebas, gathered in the sports centre. Directors, teachers, educators, caretakers, all together, to taste an exquisite dinner prepared by the Catergest team, to whom we thank.

As an artistic dessert, the Residence’s Theatre Group premiered the film entitled D-Day, a video of comedy sketches prepared with great professionalism and care, in an enthusiastic manner. The young actors were very satisfied after the great applause received from colleagues and teachers, which more than compensated for all the effort made.

To round off the evening, and with the professional help of a top DJ, festive music, improvised choreographies and lots of happy faces were the culmination of a dinner full of enthusiasm that allowed us all to end the evening dancing together.
