The SEK-El Castillo Meals Service has gained EN-ISO 9002:1994 certification and ISO 9001:2000 and FQM Environmental Quality certification. With kitchen and self-catering, where the special dietary needs of our students are catered for. Menus published each term with daily dinner recommendations and nutritional analysis.
It is a mandatory service for all students at the school.
The dining areas offer menus adapted for students with allergies, sufferers of coeliac disease, students with food intolerances or other exceptional needs.
Teachers from the school supervise the service to reinforce the acquisition of good nutritional habits and table manners.
The school has its own bus services covering: Madrid capital, Alcorcón, Alpedrete, Aravaca, Boadilla del Monte, Brunete, Collado Villalba, El Escorial, Galapagar, La Navata, Las Matas, Las Rozas, Leganés, Majadahonda, Móstoles, Navacerrada, Navalcarnero, Pozuelo de Alarcón, Torrelodones, Valdemorillo, Villanueva de la Cañada, Villanueva del Pardillo y Villaviciosa de Odón. Teachers from the School supervise the route. The routes are subject to change according to demand. Consult the school’s Transport Coordinator.
The transport service, available from three years of age onwards, is provided by our own fleet of coaches, certified to ISO 9001 Quality Standards, and/or contracted out to other school transport providers guaranteeing the highest quality and safety standards.
The service is supervised by school staff. All coaches have seat belts.
In early September, parents who have requested this service will receive the transport pass delivered to their home, which will specify the route number, the stop and collection time along with the return time and place.
Route for 2nd year Baccalaureate students: This route will be adapted for the specific timetable of the students on this course. With the opportunity to use this service at 15:30.

There is a service permanently staffed by a doctor and a nurse throughout the school day. It provides a first aid service and the annual health check, authorised in advance in the registration form, and which is sent to families.
The school has a Guidance Department staffed by experts, specialists in the different educational age groups, which coordinates detection of and intervention with respect to student learning difficulties and teaching staff actions. It produces reports on the progress of students for the guidance of teachers and families. It looks after the Stellar Programme for students with exceptional abilities and manages help with English and Spanish. It also provides advice for students in higher school stages with respect to university choices and professional training both national and international.
A formative, free and open activity open to mothers, fathers and other family members who have a direct educational responsibility for children and adolescents.
A communication channel that allows families and schools to share information produced daily at the school.
Special Teaching Attention for Students with Exceptional Abilities.
The exceptional abilities programme aims to enhance the personal development of children and young people with exceptional abilities. The objective is to develop their potential to the maximum in the company of other children who are at the same level, without losing contact with their fellow-students in their normal environment.
Over 1,000 students, of ages ranging from 4 to 16 years of age, have already undertaken this programme.
When: The programme is delivered on Saturday mornings.

The students taking part in the programme are taken from public and private educational institutions.
